Our small-batch, 100% natural aged molasses-based rum starts off with a fermentation that brings out rich, tropical fruit notes. Then, we distill it twice through our own pot stills, and we end up with deep brown sugar flavors from the molasses. Oak barreling the rum rounds out the flavors with notes of vanilla and caramel, leading to a superb sipping rum, while still being able to stand out in your favorite cocktails.

Our overproof gin starts in our on-site column stills and takes two separate distillations one with juniper and select botanicals and the other with citrus and lemon verbena. We blend them to bring you our specially crafted CT gin. 750 ML. 46% Alc. Vol.
